Dear Sirs,
My name is Aquiles Camelier, MD, PhD, and I’m a Pulmonologist and Medical Professor at the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saude Pública (a medical school) in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. As I work with nonfunded research with COPD patients, we would like to know if a formal requirement to use the Clinical COPD Questionnaire is needed in order to further publish our studies in scientific journals . If possible, please, send the instructions for us to be followed.
Sincerely yours,
Aquiles Camelier, MD, PhD

Dear Sirs,
I have used CCQ in an earlier study and was very satisfied with it. Now we want to use it in another study, a RCT in helping patients with COPD to keep up their physical activity/training by technology aquipments. The study is not funded or sponored by any industry. Is it allowed for us to use CCQ?
Best regards
